What can you do if you can't login to Moodle?

This section provides information on what to do if you cannot login to Moodle.

You may find that you cannot login to Moodle.

This may be because:

  • Your login details (Username and Password) are not correct
  • Your college Password may have expired
  • You have not activated your account (by initially logging in to a computer inside the college)

If you cannot login, check your college login details and try logging in again.

If this does not work, your college password may have expired. You can request a password change from the IT department (by emailing the IT Helpdesk), or contact the Elearning Technologist who is responsible for Moodle.
